Payments

By payment you are accepting our terms and conditions.  In the event of a cancellation, any costs incurred by us will be charged to the client.

Dietary Requirements

We require confirmation of any vegetarian or special dietary requirements at the point of sale.  Dietary requirements Montgomery’s accepts no responsibility for any injuries resulting from the non-disclosure of allergies/dietary requirements by the client. Please note that the food preparation is NOT in an allergen free environment.

Cancellation by the company

The Company reserves the right to cancel, alter or delay any booking/event without refund. Thus, where forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control. Such as serious illness, severe weather or any circumstances. This would subject the Company or any of its employees or any of its participants to danger.

Seasonality & Prices

All our menus are subject to the seasonal availability of certain items and prices may be subject to change. Prices are subject to change and surcharges may apply.

Food & Storage

Our food supplied must be used within 48 hours (if all storage instructions have been complied) or freeze immediately unless otherwise stated. Exception to this practise, the customer will require to sign accepting responsibility for the food safety, future storage and preparation.

Complaints

Up on delivery you MUST inform Montgomery’s via email, or telephone of any issues, so we will attempt to sort out the problem.  If, for any reason you are unable to make contact with the office. You MUST send a text to the company mobile (07966378667) within 24 hours of receipt. Failures to do this will unable us to react correct or rectify the problem and this will prevent any refunds from being issued.

Ordering

When ordering, to maintain the quality of our service. Hence, all service and foods will be only those supplied by ourselves. If the customer  supplies any foods, in addition to ours will need pre approval. Therefore will be subject to a ‘service charge’. The charges incurred will be to cover the costs of; handling the food ,disruption to the service of our foods including the serving and clearing away. The operating staff, will need pre approval by ourselves. Consequently, we can ensure all correct standards are maintained and that our service will not be disrupted.

Privacy Policy

The Lakes Catering Company Ltd adheres strictly to the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998.

We collect personal information about you. Such as your name, address, phone number and e-mail address, in order to process your order. Furthermore we do not release personal information to other traders or third parties. The only exception will be once we have your consent and/or process your order.

If you call to order over the phone we do not pass on your details.

We reserve the right to send you an occasional email or text message for marketing reasons. Once again we do not pass on any information to 3rd parties
